Get to know Aaron

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been in to cars. As a child, my favourite toys were Matchbox cars and Hot Wheels, my favourite movies were the Cannonball Run series, and I was always fascinated in the traffic as I looked out the window from the back seat of our family car.

Aside from the car addiction, I would consider myself a family man. Happily married for nearly 19 years to my wife Melissa, we’ve raised four sons who are now teenagers, which has kept our weekends (and weekdays) full of sports, training, and more sports!

From a very young age, I was drawn to cars. Spotting chrome bumpered classics from the back seat of a 1978 Toyota Corolla as a child, my knowledge grew from basic brands and models to more details and specifications as a teen. I then began buying and collecting magazines, reading them cover to cover absorbing as much information as possible.

Primarily following local motor racing – and the cars they were built from, I would watch the Bathurst 1000 coverage each year from start to finish. With a broad passion for all classic cars, his specialty is locally built and assembled muscle cars, whilst keeping an eye on the oddballs.

Hunting for old cars and the stories surrounding them is a lifelong obsession, I’m often finding them in the most unusual places or via the most unusual people. I’m fast talking and quick thinking, and always on the go. If you want to chat - you're going to have to try and keep up!
